The first is an in vitro human immune organoid model that preserves high cell diversity, retains donor memory, and can be educated to recognize naïve antigens. The second is a porous microneedle designed to extract tissue immune cells. The presentation will conclude with a nanotechnology platform for the genetic engineering of diverse primary human immune cells.
